Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard shipping is available via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Locations
We ship from the United States and currently serve all continental U.S. states.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@langluven.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses once processed.
